I did 40 mins of strength training, yeah! But little else, wah! I have a cold! It has been raining, or I may have gone for a walk. Thought about going to the gym and just using the treadmill, but I know I would have used the elliptical, and probably overdid it. So, I'm taking it easy for the rest of the day. Hopefully, tomorrow will not be as bad.
After 2 days of no exercise I finally got back in the groove. I walked 20 minutes at lunch, it would have been a half of an hour but it started to rain. In the evening I did my 2 mile WATP tape.
