Exercise thread for Wednesday June 15

i got up this morning, did a 5 min warm-up on the small trampoline thingie and did my stability ball workout/strength routine --- also have my casual 2 to 2.5 mile walk scheduled tonight with my neighbor. next?
 
Did 8 minutes on the bike. Increasing one minute per day. So far, so good.
 
3 miles on the tm in 45 min and the best thing about it was I got the speed up to 4.5 and when I finished my legs didn't hurt ! HOORAY :cheer2:

didn't have time for my 8 minutes sa day with Jorge but it on my schedule for this evening, too :goodvibes
 

25 minutes of Tao Bo. I finally finished the whole tape!!! 10 minutes of yoga. :umbrella:
 
I did the Upper body portion of the FIRM Super Body Scuplt. I started doing the lower body but my right foot started hurting.
 
I walked 2 miles outside today...gotta get ready for my Disney trip in July.
 
30 min for 2.25 miles on elliptical
 
I went for my wog at about 6 p.m. and had to turn around early because of thunderstorms... good that I did, because it started to pour! So... only got in 20 minutes. I also did yard work early in the day, so actual sweat time was more for the day! ;)
 
Two workouts for me on Wednesday, jogging in the morning (4.24 miles in 36:40) and Curves after work.
 
I walked 3 miles at lunchtime and then after work did a 9 mile run in 84 minutes on the bike path. It was nice and cold after a long heat wave.
