i got up this morning, did a 5 min warm-up on the small trampoline thingie and did my stability ball workout/strength routine --- also have my casual 2 to 2.5 mile walk scheduled tonight with my neighbor. next?
I went for my wog at about 6 p.m. and had to turn around early because of thunderstorms... good that I did, because it started to pour! So... only got in 20 minutes. I also did yard work early in the day, so actual sweat time was more for the day!
