This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????????????
 
I rode my exercise bike for 33 minutes for 12 miles and then 27 minutes of yoga.
 
I did 20 minutes on Elliptical this morning, two days in a row now. I wish I remembered how good I feel when I exercise to help me through the times when I really don't want to:) Who's next....
 
I'm not going to be able to check in later but I'm doing 60 minutes of Jazzercise after work. Until then, I'm fidgiting as much in my chair at work as possible and making many trips to the bathroom - two already today!!!! (and it's only 9am central time :earseek: :earseek: ) - this is important because it takes me 300 steps to get to and from the bathroom!
 

today I did my 3 miles powerwalk DVD..........................
 
I did a 10 mile run on the bike path. Weather was perfect :sunny:
 
I did 40 min. on the treadmill...walked 2.01 miles and burned 168 calories.

Anyone else???
 
I did two workouts today, running in the morning (4.25 miles in 35:50) and Curves after work.
