This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next ???????
 
I should have two installments today :earboy2:

So far, 30 minutes lower body weights and abs at the gym.

Just got a 1/2 hour walk in....it was so nice out, still in the 60's, so I decided to walk outside rather than doing WATP inside. It was a nice brisk walk and so beautiful out.....Friday we are looking it is being 1 degree. I am sure I will be WATP then.....
 
Today was my first day of "exercise" since the half. I strolled for 30 mins, very slowly and a little gingerly. I cannot wear my running shoes yet, so I was in flip flops. It is better than nothing!

I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.
