This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

I did the one mile watp express and weights. Have a great day everyone!
 
one hour in the gym doing weights, lunges, pushups, etc (Wednesday is my "boot camp" day) and 45 minutes on the treadmill. I wanted to do 60, but ran out of time before my hair appt, lol.

30 minutes walking

I know its not much and there were no speed records broken, but a big deal for me because its the first I've done in a LONG time. I hope I'll be posting again tomorrow.

Today I went to the Y and signed up for Fitlinxx and went through my first session. I am doing this along with walking but I didnt walk today. I havent lifted weights for 30 years! I am going to be sore tomorrow!
 
Thanks to wardfamily1, I got on my elliptical for the first time in a while and went 2 miles. It isn't much, but it is a start.
