This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Today I did 30 mins aerobics

ok so i went to my nephews school play and i saw my cousin there and WOW she looks great....... how come everyone that goes through a divorce looks great??? .....she was tan and very slim and i think she even got a **** job.... i am very happily married so i told dh when i got home....... if we divorce only for about a year i should be where i want to in my wieght.... after he laughed i went to the basement and worked out on my eliptical and excersize ball while i watched americas next top model.... vicki

Walked a half mile while watching tv.

Worked out on the treadmill & lifted weights for 45 minutes. Anyone else???

I walked 50 minutes today and even talked DH into going with me!
