This morning I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the cross trainer.
So far I walked for a little over an hour this morning, 4.5 miles. I have to leave the house for awhile to do some things but hopefully I'll get some strength training in this afternoon.
I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 39 minutes.

This morning I did Firm BSS3 Hips, Thighs and Abs.
Okay....today I got up early and did WATP. I haven't excercised in over 3 weeks.....
Let's hope I can keep it going!
My first day on a walking program to get stronger and more fit for my Jan. trip. 10 minutes on my break at work and 10 minutes afer dinner.
I got my mile and a half walk in at lunch time. I find myself moving a bit faster with this colder weather, I can do my distance in less time. I'm think I'll go another block when I walk again.
