This morning I ran for 51 minutes.

Who's next ??????????
 
i did a walk/jog combo for 3.5 miles and tonight is my stability ball strength training routine....................................
 
I walked for 3 miles at the park during lunch for 45 minutes.
 

I did 35 minutes of lower body weights and abs plus ran 9 miles.
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.26 miles in 35:41) and Curves after work. First time for a double workout on Tuesday!
 
Walked 2 18 minute miles. I'm getting closer to my 15 minute goal. And its supposed to stop raining (finally) by next week, so I can start biking and even try running.
