I did a spinning class this morning for the second time ever. People keep telling me my butt will eventually stop hurting from sitting on that little seat, but I'm not sure I believe them right now My inner thighs are hating me about now, too. Looking forward to the time when I can do this class without needing 3 days to recover!
I exercised today for the first time in....well...a LONG time (years). I bought a "Walk with George" (George Foreman) exercise DVD the other day and I put it on, and it was great. 5 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of circuit-walk, then 5 minutes of stretching and cool down. I am paying for it tonight; but it's to be expected. I WILL do this video every day
