This morning I swam for 44 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????
 
ive just started my new diet on mon after a break lost 9st that time :cheer2: but i need to lose about 6st more before next april

today 10miles on my exercise bike
 
I went jogging this morning (fortunately the rain let up just in time), 4.26 miles in 36:59.
 
a firm workout and a taebo workout for me today

Next???
 

So far I've done a 2.9 mile run and 20 minutes rowing.
 
I did the 3 mile watp and walk and kick dvd along with arm work. :sunny:
 
Just went on a 25 minute walk at my lunch break.. :flower: . Hope to do my jog tonight.
 
75 min walk with friend on boardwalk at Jones Beach
 
25 minutes cardio aerobics
25 minutes power walking
15 minutes jogging
60 crunches
40 leg lifts
30 butt lifts
20 lunges
20 dancer squats
