This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes upper body work.

Who's next ?????????
 
I did the Elliptical at the gym for 25 minutes this morning going just under 2 miles.

Who's up next!?! :wave:
 
Two firm workouts for me today

Today was my upper body workout day. It took about 35 minutes.
 
45mins shoveling before leaving for work this morn

Can we say SNOW!!!!

I shovelled before work this morning and shovelled when I got back home. Plus I did a full gym workout in between. Treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster and abs.

30 more minutes running/jogging at the gym on the track.
 
I didn't get a chance to post to yesterday's thread because I was shoveling like a fiend. Three times -- 30-40 minutes each time -- what a workout! Then, I had to do it all over again this morning so I could get to work! Not your standard workout, but I probably burned more calories than just walking. Six days and counting...

I did 30 min of Pilates...hopefully soon I'll be able to go back to the gym! This silly broken foot of mine is starting to make me angry!
 
Just 35 minutes on the treadmill for me. I'm really in a rut, time to get out my WATP tapes!
