This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes upper body work.

Who's next ????????

This morning I did 55 min on the TM (3.5 miles total).

5 min warm up 3MPH
40 minutes alternating
3 min walking 4MPH
1 min walking 5MPH
10 min cool down 3MPH

Who's next??

Melanie-sounds like you are doing really good on your TM workouts!

I did 30 mins of strength training, focused on upper body and then 20 mins on the x-trainer.

Next?? :)

Just did my 20 min on the elliptical - this makes 7 days in a row. But.....today is WW WI and despite my new exercise and being OP all week, I don't think I will lose anything. I'm bummed, but won't give up (I hope!)

The kids and I went to the walking track and walked briskly for 30 minutes today. It was a little cool and windy, but a nice way to make up for missing the TM this morning.

count me in for a total body sculpting and a firm cardio tape

Tonight I did Leslie Sansone's walk-jog DVD which she says is equivalent to a brisk 2.5 mile walk in less than 30 minutes; then 5 minutes for my first-ever elliptical cross-trainer; and 3 miles on a stationary recumbent bike. I am counting it all as 5.5 miles and 50 minutes of exercise today -- I earned 5 activity points on my WW plan, and my achilles tendon is less painful tonight after almost 2 nights off from the treadmill. Not a bad day's work.
Congratulations to everyone who exercised today!

My friend called me and cajoled me into meeting her at the gym. Treadmill 30 minutes.
Haven't worked out at gym more than twice since Sept. It felt good once was I was there. We will try meeting there weeknights at 5:30.

I was on the treadmill today for 1 mile.....took me 19.5 minutes.....argh!! Then went outside and wlaked a mile!!!! So I got my 2 miles in!! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
