This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????
 

Stairmaster for 20 min, Eliptical for 20 min, arm weight routine, and ab routine!
 
Hi,
I have not been training as I should for the 1/2 marathon. So to get some endurance training in today, I walked on my treadmill for 99 minutes because it will only go up that high. Then I set it for another 99 minutes. This gives me 3 hours and 18 minutes.
I averaged these 2 together and I was at approximately 14.9 minutes per mile. I should finish the 1/2 in 3 hours and 28 minutes. I was tired the 2nd time I got on the treadmill. I hope I will finish on my own and not have to get picked up.
