Today I did 50 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the aerobic glider and 10 minutes on the stepper.

Who's next??

I used to wonder why you are always first with the exercise threads; then I saw where you live!:)

Anyways, I did some cardio and weights tonight to add minutes to my October exercise challenge total.
 
60 min walking with DH. Still not feeling really well, so I'm walking slower than usual, but it seems to take a lot more effort to do it!
 
I went for a bike ride, 23.0 miles with an average speed of 13.6 mph. :cool:
