Exercise Thread for Sunday, March 19th

This morning I ran for 40 minutes and swam for 30 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????
 
I pulled out my old Leslie Sansone FirmWalk tape and did two segments (40 minutes of weights, legs and abs work).

Next????
 
I did 1.25 miles today for 25 minutes and then another 1.5 miles and arms, push-ups, leg exercises for another 30 minutes. I finally broke 200 minutes for this month! :banana:
 

Today I did 2 mi on the treadmill in 35 min, but today is the day that I up the incline so now it's at 4.5 :yay: . I also did 60 situps, 40 pushups(girlie), assortment of arm excerises with free weights. I must say that the incline at 4.5 really kicked my butt!!! I was ok at 4.0 but 4.5 was a lot of work.
