I did 1.25 miles today for 25 minutes and then another 1.5 miles and arms, push-ups, leg exercises for another 30 minutes. I finally broke 200 minutes for this month!
Today I did 2 mi on the treadmill in 35 min, but today is the day that I up the incline so now it's at 4.5 . I also did 60 situps, 40 pushups(girlie), assortment of arm excerises with free weights. I must say that the incline at 4.5 really kicked my butt!!! I was ok at 4.0 but 4.5 was a lot of work.
