Exercise Thread for Sunday, August 22

I get to start it again.

Today I swam for 30 minutes, did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes of upper body work.
 
Ooh, Ooh! I exercised! Walked 3 miles with hubby....had a great time!

Anyone else?..................
 
DH and I went for a tough bike ride, 22.6 miles with an average speed of 11.5 mph. For about 45 minutes of the ride, we had an incredibly rough headwind (while riding uphill) - it's so windy there, they actually built the Altamont wind farm to generate power!
 
Did 3.75 mile mall walk today. Looks like the 6AM weather here is cooling down, so I'm going to try going back to morning walks. They 'stay late at work and use the treadmill' routine just wasn't happening!

Six weeks from today is the Disney classic 10K....must buckle down. I really wish we had planned on arriving at WDW a day earlier, then we could have done the 5K Race for the Cure instead. I think my FIRST race as a 5K would have been preferable, but the goal is to cross the starting line and experience a race....how or when I finish isn't an issue at this point.

Just watched the USA runner take a Bronze in the Olympic Marathon!
 

I did the firm calorie killer
 
I walked outside today, went 2 and 1/2 miles
 
I did a circuit of running and walking on the treadmill, and lifted some weights. :)
 
I did 1/2 of Cathe's Rhythmic Step, the cardio part of Timesaver #3, then did Timesaver #5. Then before we went to the aquarium tonight I ran for 10 minutes and walked for 50 minutes.
 
I did WW Get Fit video and walked for 45 minutes.
