I love Saturdays ~ I can have a super dupper long workout.
Today I did 55 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of upper body work and 15 minutes on the cross trainer.
Who's next ?????

I went 5-1/2 miles on the elliptical today and pushed up the intensity a couple of levels. Had a good workout, but know I will feel the burn in my legs tomorrow.
I did 8 minutes on a machine at the gym (no idea what the name was but it was a cardio machine that seems to simulate climbing a mountain
) I just walked up the stairs at home a few hours after my workout and thought I was going to die
Apparently the work outs are working
I did 8 minutes on that machine, 15 on the treadmill, and then 8 more on the eliptical for a total of 30 minutes. I'm battling a chest cold and just couldn't manage more today. Great job everyone!
