This morning I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the aerobic glider and 10 minutes on the stepper.

Tonight I did 50 minutes swimming.

Who's next???
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 41 minutes) and a Curves workout after work.
 

Instead of eating lunch in my office, I went for a brisk walk during my lunch hour. I can't believe how energized I felt for the rest of the afternoon!:)
