This morning I ran for 60 minutes.

I did 50 minutes of yoga this morning

I increased the resistance to #3 and did 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer. One set of 20 crunches this morning. Will do another set this evening.
 
I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes this morning :cool1: My back is killing me but I "walked" through it! :cheer2:
 

After all the yard work I did on Saturday it was hard to exercise today (because of still being sore) but..I went to Curves and did 30 minutes! Next...
 
I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and then DH & I did the 60 minute WATP (4-mile) DVD. :banana:
