This morning I ran for 51 minutes then swam for 25 minutes.

Who's next ??????????
 
I did my 30 minutes on the TM and will get my crunches and squats in before I hit the shower. Who's next....
 
I did my 95 minute walk this morning....woo hoo!

I just ran 6 miles.

I did about 20 minutes of cardio aerobics and then did 60 crunches and 30 butt lifts. I may go out power walking later tonight.
 
Count me in for 45 min, 20 on cross-trainer, and 25 on treadmill
 
10 minutes kickboxing this morning, 15 minutes walking at lunch and 25 minutes walking the dog.

Surprisingly I'm anxious to do the kickboxing again.
 
I did two firm workouts this morning.

Next??
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.24 miles in 36:11) and Curves after work.
 
I walked 25 minutes this morning and rode my bike 45 minutes.....woo hoo!.. :cool1:
