I didn't see one, so I'll start

I did two firm workouts this morning.

Who else moved today???? :goodvibes
 
sheree - you are VERY ambitious!!

today I did 20 mins of yoga and 40 mins of pilates
 

I walked 50 min on the boardwalk at a park on the Long Island Sound.
 
I went running this morning, 4.25 miles in 36:46. I was feeling too worn out for Curves tonight :( (and definitely feel guilty) but I'm going to go tomorrow!
 
I know I'm a day late, but I'll add my workouts anyways...

45 mintues of walking first thing in the am. 60 minutes of weight training in the afternoon.
