After taking quite a few days off I got back to the exercising today. Completed 5 miles on the elliptical and I have to tell you, it felt pretty good after the brief absence.
5 min warm up 3 MPH
40 min alternating
3 min walking 4MPH
1 min running 5MPH
(last minute running at 6MPH-since I knew I was slowing down!!)
5 min cool down 3MPH
Yeah!!! I woke up at 5:45 to go to the gym... I have never done that before I am so proud of myself. I need to try to go that early before DH leaves for work and I have to wake the kids up for school.
I came home early from work because I'm sick but I still plan on going to my 1 hour step class tonight at 7pm. I love it so much I don't want to miss it, even if I'm not feeling 100% Wish me luck!
