Today was the firm complete Aerobics and weight training.

I did 20 minute run on treadmill
Upper and lower body workouts on total gym = 30 minutes and
15 minute ab routine

I'm next! I did Firm Calorie Killer this morning and in the words of Nancy Tucker, I assassinated some major calories today! Okay, who's next?

3.5 miles on the treadmill in 45 minutes. My ankle is doing much better and I got new running shoes. YIPPEEE

I'm back from vacation and I'm slowly entering back into some exercise. I did the 2 mile WATP video today. Better than nothin'! ;)

I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 36 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
