I did the cardio/weight training segment of Perfect Mix (pilates with Jennifer Kries), yoga off the same dvd, and then pilates matwork. I feel like it was a great workout!
My turn! It's my first day on exercising, so I started out slow. 45 min on treadmill and I tried to do crunches on ball. I was able to do 12 before I just couldn't go on (had a C-section 9 weeks ago!).
