Exercise thread for Groundhog's Day!! 2/2

:wave: Morning all! Hope everyone is doing okay this Groundhog's Day. I have been a slacker, DS has been down with strept throat and I have not exercised in 3 days. I am back today completing 5 miles on the elliptical. Hoping you all are having a great day!!

I did ....I did !!! I'm getting my butt moving again! I did WATP this morning! One of my goals in February is to try to workout BEFORE the kids get up so I have no excuses...and today I did it !! Now lets see if I can keep it going :sunny:

Anyone else ??
 
:banana: I did 30 minutes (1.9 miles) on the eliptical this morning...upper body weights...and abs

But....now my right knee is hurting me. Any advice on knee braces? I think I might need one...atleast until my knees get used to the added stress. :confused3

I did my 40 minutes on the TM. I am going to be bumping it up to 45 minutes next week.

Christy, I wish I had some advice on knee braces but I don't. I just wanted to say I hope you get to feeling better. You might want to actually start a thread with that question. I bet you would get some great tips.

PanFan-Good for you in getting your exercise in before the kids got up. That is my ultimate goal, I just can't pull myself out of bed that early yet. One step at a time:)

Tiggerlover-I hope your DS is doing better. Good for you in getting back into the routine.

This morning i only did 25 minutes on my exercise bike. I slacked off today and didn't do any weight training or abs.

Just back from the gym: 5 miles in 50 minutes on the treadie :cool1:

Good for you on the exercise Tammy! DS is doing better, once those antibiotics kicked in he was feeling much better. Thanks for asking.
 
I did my WATP DVD this evening. Just getting back into it and it feels good!
 
We finally got our TM. I did 30 minutes, mostly at 2 mph. Slow but sure.
 
I rode my windtrainer for 30 minutes and did 20 minutes of pilates...

Anyone else?
 
I went to curves, I really need to walk on my treadmill at night too, but just can't seem to get up the energy.
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work
