How can I become a runner? I try to run, but I feel so heavy when I run -- I get winded after only 20 jogging steps! Now I can walk 5 miles, but I can't seem to run a bit. Is there anything I can do? Or is it just my body type and I should forget about it?
Wow! This is cool, I've never explored the DIS Boards enough to know that there was a support group like this! I'm trying to get back in shape and I think these boards just might help! This morning I did a 20 minute pilates tape, and then in the evening I did 30 minutes of FIRM sculpting.
