I did 40 Minutes Buns of Steel Step (found in the garage! it was really good for an old video ), 15 minutes I want those arms. Have a great weekend everyone! It's supposed to warm up here in Jersey
I did Tae Bo Basic 30 minutes. I watch my new pilates video so I had a feel for the moves. I will try it probably tomorrow. Tonight doing my strength routine that is 25 minutes long.
Just checking in that I did in fact do my strength and toning workout tonight on top of the Tae Bo this afternoon. It took me 30 minutes not 25 that was the estimate the site gave me on the workout. One exercise I had to modify because I have really bad wrist. Its the one where you get in crab like position and lower your butt towards floor and back to work triceps. Instead I just did triceps curl. But did a few maybe I can work up to the more diffucult version but I have horrible wrists since gaining this weight. My mom and aunt and grandma all have carpal tunnel(sp?) and I'm afraid I'm getting it too.
