Can you say what you are going to do? I am going to the gym to do my 15 min on the treadmill and the 20 minute training circuit then 30 min (or more) on treadmill.
Kathy - I can't see anything wrong with post what you are going to do later in the day for exercising but I know me and I say I'm going to do something then "life" can very well get in the way so I usually don't post until I've done my work out just to be on the safe side.
This morning I did Firm Super Cardio Sculpt. Who's next?
Okay... to back up my earlier post .. I can proudly say that I did go to the gym and I completed 45 minutes on the treadmill at a consistent pace of 3.5 and an incline of 4.5.. and I did the 20 min circuit. Yippee... I am proud.. cause yes.. life can get in the way.. and i didn't let that happen.. and I am intending on NOT letting that happen anymore (as much as possible!)
Count Me In! I got in another 1 mile run on the treadmill as well as some walking afterward for a total of 27 minutes. Then did 6 of the arm/back machines (2 reps of 15). Oh my gosh nothing like those machines to make you realize HOW out of shape you are! I think everything in my body hurts after two days at the gym. Who's Next?
