This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next.
 
one hour lifting weights, one hour on the treadmill.

Next????
 

35 minutes of a plethora of simple exercises I learned in phys. ed last month.

Next?
 
40 minutes weights/toning with video: The Firm

55 minutes on the cardio glider- 600 calories, 6 miles

Who's next??
 
40 minutes, pilates. next?
 
3 miles in 30 minutes (WATP) this morning at5:30am
Mid Morning walk - 20 minutes
30 Minutes lunch time walk

for a total of 80 minutes.

Was shooting for 2 hours but got home late only to have to chaufer kids to the movies. There's alwasy tomorrow.
