This morning I did 55 minutes on the treadmill.

Who's next ?????????
 
I did half of the FIRM Total Muscle Shaping. For some reason I am off this morning. I felt a little off yesterday too, but really felt it today. I couldn't keep up with it today and decided not to push myself.
 
I went running this morning, and reached a new personal best: 4.4 miles in 36 minutes. Yippee! :teeth:
 
I did a Cathe 45 minute lower body workout!!!!!!!
 

I started off my morning with Winsor Pilates.

45 min strength and resistance training


Next
 
50 minutes of upperbody weights and abs. I hurt my knee running yesterday so I'm resting it a bit. Might do upper body TaeBo before the nights out :)

Finished my day with 1 1/2 hours at the gym. recumbant, stair climber, weight machine circuit, light stretching. I'm done!
 
I just added 50 minutes of mini-trampoline, kick-boxing and general dancing :cool1: Friday's done now!
