Exercise Thread for Friday - August 27

Good afternoon everyone!

I get the privilege of starting our exercise thread today.

I did Firm BSS1 cardio sculpt for 31 minutes this morning. What did you do to assassinate some calories today? :sunny:
 
I obliterated quite a few calories while jogging this morning, running 4.1 miles in 40 minutes.

What calorie killa is up next? :p
 
I exterminated some fat cells by swimming for 45 minutes after work.
 
I did. I did the firm total muscle shaping
 

45 minute brisk walk this morning (first all week without rain).

Tired today but I managed to do 5 minutes on the elliptical, 20 on the stationary bike, and then another 8 minutes on the elliptical. ;)
 
It's been quite awhile since I've been here on WISH. Also a long time since I've *really* exercised. But I'm sick of sitting around and feeling blobby :rolleyes:

So, I put all excuses aside today and did the 2 mile WATP express with the stretchie band. Whew. Kicked my butt, but felt good all at the same time. :)
