Okay I was really looking forward to dragging out my old Richard SImmons Sweating to the Oldies tape but I couldn't find it. I did however find my Tai-Bo 8min tape and my butt and thigh tape. I can't remember ever using that particular TaiBo tape so I had a question for everyone. I usually walk about a mile or 20-30mins as my daily workout. Do you guys think that the TaiBo tape will give me a good workout even though it is only 8min? If I do that I will probably do some of the butt and thigh tape too. Does that sound like a good workout? I'm not much on this exercise stuff other than walking so I'm not sure.
 
Okay do yourself a favor right from the get go and go out and lay down 20 bucks and change for the WATP tapes. If your not familar it's the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds tape. Most of us own the three set w/ the ab belt. I enjoy my watp ab walking tapes. You get a 1,2, & 3 mile tape and they take 15, 30 & 45 mintues to do depending on the length you choose that day. If you wanna know do i think it's worth it just glance down at my wish clippee i did'nt get there along i used these tapes to help me and that's the only thing i have done really and i do them 3-4 times a week. You can buy them online, wal-mart & target just to name a few places i know about.
 
That's funny that you suggest the WATP tapes...I just ordered them this weekend and I'm waiting for to come in the mail.
 
Just be patient when they come it will set your mind at ease that you did the right thing. I do these and do a bit with the firm ab scuplt too. I do the firm when i can but i'm very good about getting my walking in unless i go on a trip i'm back on this week though and feeling strong and soon you will be watp with me!!!!!!!!
 

I'll second those tapes!!! I think that if you did the 8 min tape on days when you want to do a "lighter" workout that might be okay but I think most weight loss programs would tell you that you should strive for 30 minutes of exercise per day. Now I've read that you can break that up into 10 minute increments so a quick walk in the morning, one for lunch, and another one after dinner and you get the same benefits. I wouldn't discount it for being only 8 minutes - I have a tape that had a segment of squats for a couple minutes and the next day I could barely sit down!!
 
I just did the 8min tape - good lord was that a workout. I don't sweat or pant that much during a two mile walk. I also did about 15min of the sculpting tape - mainly just the calves part.
