Exercise Room at Disneyland Hotel

Can anybody tell me the location of the Team Mickey workout room at the Disneyland Hotel. When does it open, and is there an extra charge for this?

It's located next to the quiet pool, don't know, and it is part of the package, or resort fee if you have a room-only reservation.

Oh good, Mary Jo had more info than I did.

I stumbled across it while I was looking for the laundry facility (which, by the way, is in a little building next to the quiet pool.) No idea what time it opens, though. Sorry.
