and do you know how I know this? Because I am NOT doing any! 
I am actually 1/2 pound above my pre-pregnancy weight but my clothes are not fitting as well as they did before. Granted some of it may just be because I had a baby but I think a large part of it is that when I lost this weight before I was also exercising 4-5 times a week. I was really in shape and now I only exercise occassionally and I can really feel the difference. I weigh the same but I am actually bigger now than I was then.
I really, really, really need to get recommitted to working out on a regular basis. I think for now I am just going to set a goal of 3x per week and then go from there (3x is better than nothing). I did the 1 mile WATP tape last night and it was easier than the last time I did it so hopefully I will be able to move onto the 2 mile soon.
Don't let me slack on this!!! I need someone to do a little butt-kicking if I try to back out of exercising!!!!

You can always establish that 3 times a week routine for a while and then after a month or so bump it up to another day a week! YOU CAN TOTALLY DO IT!!!!!
