Exercise Question: Walk or Cardio first?

If I am going to do 30 min. of cardio at the gym (elliptical machine most likely) and walk 2 miles around the track, which should I do first? Any benefit of doing one before the other? Thanks!
 
Now, I'm no exspert, but I would say walking first. That way you can get warrmed up a bit befor you go into your Cardio stuff. Hope that helped.
 
It really doesn't matter which one you do first in terms of weight loss benefits...but walking first might be better that way you get warmed up before your cardio (and then walking afterwards to cool down).
 
I would say walk first to warm up as well. It would actually be more beneficial if you walked, then cardio, then walked as a cool down too.
