5:00 AM- 45 minutes of Denise Austin cardio/toning tape

4:30-6:00 PM 45 minutes on a cardio-glide (?) and 10 minutes on a stationary bike.

Just got back from a basketball game (mom watching a son play)

Time for BED!
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.25 miles in 39:46) and Curves after work.

Yesterday I had boot camp day with my trainer for an hour (free weights and calisthenics) and then did another hour on the treadmill.
