Exercise Clippie Question

I'm relatively new to WISH, so forgive me if this is a dumb question. What dictates using the exercise clippie? Is there a minimum number of times per week or every day or something else? I know that there's not likely a clippe police that will incarcerate you for improper clippie usage (is there?), but I'd hate to offend anyone with improper usage.

Hi Carrie,

Yep no exercise clippie police here!! I seem to remember that it was 3 times a week to earn the clippie. That's a good goal to start with and then work your way up to 4-6 times a week.
