I did 2 miles WATP this morning and will get on THE THING in just a few minutes. Maybe while I watch Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Anyone else??
 
Did The Firm's Complete Aerobics & Weight Training this a.m. This video's rapidly becoming my favorite. But it was just so pretty here this afternoon (sunny, mid-50's), that I couldn't stay inside. Walked in my neighborhood--I'm estimating about 2 miles--although this was a more of a pleasure walk. It was just so gorgeous today!:)
 
I did 3 miles on the treadmill at a 15 minute mile pace plus 5 minutes warmup and 5 minutes cooldown.

Just finished my Complete Pilates routine. No walk to the store for me today, didn't need anything and it was too cold anyhow.
 

I did the 3 mile WATP. I also attempted the Pilates 10 minute program. Pilates is difficult and I'm sure it's going to take a long time to be able to do some of those moves!
 
I did the FIRM complete aerobics and weight training video last night. :sunny:
 
Twice for me, 40 minutes of jogging (2.75 miles) in the morning, and a Curves workout in the evening.

You can do it, everyone!
 
I did .80 of a mile on my gazelle - my foot started to hurt so I had to stop....was aiming for atleast 1 mile...oh well......
