I was able to get in a good fast paced 30 minute walk this weekend.
 
I got in anotther 20 minutes on SUnday morning and 20 minutes this morning

I am at 80/600. This is the best I have done in 2 months.

I'm in for 1600 min again this month.

So far I have 240/1600 for Aug.
 
Thanks Simba's mom for keeping this challenge going. I haven't been around much, but I do like to keep track and this is so helpful. I'm going to go for 1000 min again, and so far am off to a good start. I did the 60 min WATP tape fri, sun, and today for 180/1000..........and 5315/10000 for the year.

300/1800....geez, that seems like a long way to go...A couple of more days and I will feel a bit more confident!
