Exer heard of Grocery Exile???

I recently read something about this on another website and wondered if anyone on here does it and how does it work/help you?? All I know is that you basically don't buy anything at the store unless it is like fruit/dairy/meat until you use most of the pantry items. Is this the same as the NO BUY NOV????
