A probable deal-breaker problem (something we just found out about) has come up with our March trip on the resort's end having to do with construction (oh what fun! noise! fumes! yay). I need to talk to someone who can work with us on this & who has the power to fix it, but CRO/Guest Services isn't being much help & the resort(spoke to front desk who asked Manager who said they couldn't do a thing) just kicked me back to CRO (it's so much fun being stuck in an informational loop, isn't it?).
Anybody have pertinent contact info?

So what's the problem? Most of the time construction is all behind the scenes and you will hardly be aware of it.
