Excusion suggestions

Hi all ::waves:: wondering if anyone has any excursion suggestions for those on the Dream on 4 day Bahamian cruise. Will be myself and a 9 year old , 16 year old, 5 year old , and 1 year old. Doesn't have to be the same excursion for all but at least different ones so each kid can have an experience.

Kinda feel like I'm repeating myself but take a look at the sea lion encounter. All but the lil bitty bitty one could do it, it doesn't require swimming and is really unusual and fun. (Everyone can go together and one adult can watch baby on the observation deck above during the encounter.) I've never seen it at any other port I've been to. And swimming and food and beach is fun and great for all ages. Loved Blue Lagoon.

Castaway unless you are dying to doesn't really have to be booked because there is a ton to do on the island but you can if you want. Nassau I would have a plan because there isn't as much to see right by the pier.

We really liked the stingrays on CC. You get equipment to do some snorkeling on your own in that section as well.

We went to Ardastra Zoo. It was a small zoo, with lots of birds. There are some you can feed apple slices, and there is a flamingo show that is really cute.

I have to look into that! That sounds really cool and different. I def want the kids to remember the trip for the usual disney stuff and unusual encounters of animals! Thanks!!

Is the snorkeling included? That sounds fun I saw that the sting rays are ok to be around at CC.

It is included however you are confined to the stingray area. You cannot use the equipment elsewhere. We had about 30 or 45 minutes to snorkel with the stingray after the feeding portion of the excursion. I enjoyed it as I couldn't see much in other areas anyway. Other areas tended to be more crowded and a lot of the sand was kicked up. The kids loved this excursion. I believe the ages are 5 and up.

Also the kids might like Atlantis and their aquarium. There should be a thread on here about the best way to do that because there are so many options with that.
