Am I still required to book thru Disney if I want to disembark the ship at foreign ports? OR can I still book thru a 3rd party or get off without booking with anyone? Just very excited to cruise again!

As far as I know, this hasn't yet been the case where one MUST book through Disney to get off the ship. Some have wondered if it might be required as part of the COVID restrictions when sailings resume, but no one knows for sure yet.

If things work like they have in the past the only port that will be a concern as far as how you book is Saint Petersburg. You are either required to book something through the cruise line or you must work with a tour company that will ensure you have the appropriate tourist visas.
