Excursion help for Cozumel

We are going in Feb 2018 and wondering if anyone has any opinions on the following excursions:
1. Amazing secret River and Playa Del Carmen
2. Caves, Caverns and Paradise Lagoon

trying to decide between one of those or the Tulum ruins
it will be myself, DH and 3 kids- ages 12,10,9- all very adventurous

We did Tulum a few years ago. It was really good, very educational. It's not something that needs to be done twice, but I'm really glad that we did it once
