Excursion booking time?

Hi! We are able to book our Med Cruise excursions on March 2nd. Does anyone know what specific time booking opens? Is it on a different time zone?

We are platinum; but, I'm still concerned about getting all of the excursions we have picked out. I assume the excursions on a Med cruise go more quickly than those on the Caribbean cruises do....

Typically both the online checkin and excursion/activity booking windows open at midnight eastern time. On occasion one or the other may be delayed in opening. Rarely, both are.
