Exclusivity Clause When Selling a Contract?

Does anyone know which brokers have an exclusivity clause when you go to sell your contract and which ones do not? In other words, which brokers will allow you to list your contract only with them? This is something I wondered about when I sold one of my contracts, but I never looked into it. Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer.

It doesn't seem as strict as with traditional residential real estate. I've had an agent tell me that a contract I was calling about was listed somewhere else.

Of the five brokers I've talked to in the past (DVC Resale Market, Timeshare Store, DVC by Resale, DVC Sales, and Buy and Sell), none of them have had exclusivity clauses. They each do have a caveat that if you received a full price offer on your asking price, that you were on the hook for the commission.

That said, I'm not convinced any of them would go through the trouble of pursuing it; especially if the other party knows a little bit about the law. :)
