I had my twin boys at 30 weeks and they were each 3 pounds and had no serious complications.

Good luck and stay off your feet and drink tons and tons of water.

Congrats!!! I had my twins at 26 weeks! Both are perfect with no lasting complications. DD9 weighed in at 1 lb 13 oz & DS9 was 2 lbs 1 oz.

28 weeks just makes it that much better!

YEA!! I had DS#1 32 weeks. You and I are on the same schedule almost with my DS#2 - I'm now 30 weeks and counting the days. I'm planning to make it until Oct this time! <<Please, God!>> Hope things go very well for you!!

Thank you guys so much! I can't believe how many of you all had early babies! I keep telling DH that it could happen any time now and all we keep thinking about it "oh crap! we don't have everything we need yet!!! "
We only just picked our hospital today... and even the lady who was touring us said we were a bit late...lol. We just couldnt agree until we saw this place...then we KNEW this was where we wanted to go! (And SO easy to get to from our house!)
We signed up for a childbirthing class...again...late...Our late class is the day BEFORE im due! lol. OOPS!
And now im like "OH NO what else do I need to do!" Other than buy the crib of course...Our baby shower is going to be the first week in October because I have family from england here and they will be leaving then...so it feels early to me, but nothing is ever to early.
I guess I was procrastinating because I didnt want to buy anything or do anything too early as I didnt know if we were going to make it...I've lost a total of three babies, all due to medical reasons and all 16 weeks or before...so it's made this one very hard as I've tried NOT to get stressed out for fear i'd lose another...however...we've made it this far, I've picked my hospital, everything else is just extra at this point...everything else is just another thing closer to bringing baby Victoria home! Can't wait until November!

Just remember to not stress over anything that you feel you should have done by now. Your DD won't be able to tell if it was done or not. She'll just want lots of love. Victoria is a beautiful name, and I would love to see pics of your little angel in 13 weeks. Just remember if she does come early and is small, she will grow. My DS10 that started out as 4 lbs, he is now about 5'2"-5'3"-ish, and wears a size 7 men's shoe (the same size that I wear).
Remeber, there is no such thing as a spoiled child, just a really loved child.

Don't stress about the childbirth class - I had my son at 30 weeks after developing severe preeclampsia. As they transferred me by ambulance to a better equipped hospital, I remember crying that I hadn't even had my childbirth class. The nurses assured me that I could have a baby without actually taking the class . They were right! My son was born by c-section hours later weighing 3 pounds and is now a healthy 8 year old.

The heart ache you have experienced will make you special time that much more enjoyable. We know and its a blast. Lots of work(oh my god lots of work ha ha ha ) but SO worth, it every day
