Exchanging points

Does anyone have any experience with swapping points with a member who has a different home resort in order to be able to book within the 11 month window? Or is it better just to rent your points out and try to find different ones to rent at a different resort? Also, is Hilton Head typically sold out all summer long? How hard is it to secure studio rooms and how many do they have? THanks for the info!!

You can't transfer points to someone and have them return the favor during the same Use Year, so renting points from another member may be more satisfactory. You could find a member to make your reservation and you can do the same thing for them also (that would be my preference).

HH is pretty much at full occupancy from early June until late August- although Sat nights are often available.

There are a total of 21 Studios and 21 1BR's at the resort- and they do go quickly.

Sure, you can post what your wanting to do on our Rent/trade Board.

Others have posted the same type of requests. If the points needed aren't equal, some other remuneration can be arranged.
