Exchanging AP Certificates Question??

I don't know if anyone has the answer to my question but here it goes.

We purchased points at VGC in March, 2009. At the time, one of the incentives were (2) APs to either WDW or DL.....our choice. I chose WDW and now have (2) AP Exchange Certificates (hard plastic cards that say Disney Vacation Club on the front). I am now wishing that I would have taken the DL APs as we have several trips planned to DL over the next year and I do not know when we will be back to WDW. Does anyone know if it would be possible to trade in the WDW AP exchange certificates for DL AP exchange certificates? Who would I ask about this? My guide? Or is there a different department that handles the incentive part of sales?

Didn't the DL AP's have a time limit? They had to be exchanged by a certain date? I considered buying VGC and remember that they didn't have the same conditions.
